Two-day English workshop delivered to Barwa Bank employees. This training workshop developed participants’ sales skills through the proper understanding of customer types, effective sales processes and procedures, and tried and tested measures of influence. Participants explored how to be an effective sales representative and the concept of needs-based selling. Emotional intelligence (EI) was utilized to better manage relationships and effective communication techniques.
